Steve was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. He graduated from the Florida State University College of Business in 1985 and earned a B.S. in Marketing. After graduating, he promptly accepted a job with Champion Enterprises and traveled the Southeast as a factory representative dealing in recreational vehicles and modular homes.
In 1988, Steve’s financial advisor suggested that he consider pursuing a career in the investment industry. That year, he was hired as an Account Executive trainee by Morgan Stanley and was promoted through the years, ultimately named Senior Vice President/Investments in 1997. Steve joined Stifel in 2019 and was named to Forbes’ Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list in 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
Although he has access to and recommends a variety of investments for his clients, Stephen’s primary focus is developing retirement planning strategies, including retirement plan distribution strategies and retirement plan strategies for small businesses. He has conducted seminars and retirement workshops for the employees of some nationally recognized companies, as well as many banks, credit unions, civic organizations, and clubs. He holds Series 7, 9 & 10, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Steve is an active member of Celebration Baptist Church. He is married to his wife, Barbara Huggins, and has two boys, Cameron Blair and Jeremy Daniel (JD), who are integral members of the team.

Blair was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, where he went to North Florida Christian School. He attended Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina, on an athletic and academic scholarship. Blair earned a B.S. in Finance/Economics from the Gardner-Webb Godbold School of Business while playing four years of Division-1 baseball. He interned with Morgan Stanley for two summers before becoming a Financial Advisor Associate with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. In 2019, the team joined Stifel to continue their commitment to serving clients at the highest level possible. Blair holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Over his lifetime, Blair has developed a passion for the investment industry and thoroughly enjoys helping his clients plan for retirement. Tom Stitely is a Financial Advisor with Huggins Wealth Management Group, bringing more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career in 2008 with SunTrust Bank and has since held leadership roles at financial institutions that included Ameris Bank and Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Tom joined Stifel in 2025. Throughout his career, he has focused on performance management and coaching individual contributors to better serve their clients with thoughtful and strategic guidance.
